Bratislava Christmas Markets Nov 27 to December 22, 2009
Bratislava, October 7, 2009 (Bratislava-City.sk) - Bratislava's annual Christmas market will take place from November 28 at the Main Square, Hviezdoslavovo Square and Frantiskanske Square offering Christmas specialties, traditional gifts and music performances.
The markets in Hviezdoslavovo Square are organised by the Old Town authorities, in the other two squares by the City of Bratislava.

I experienced the christmas market this year for the first time. It was great! Lots of hot traditional food and mulled wine plus other alcoholic drinks - traditional only though. It was a warm and friendly experience which was good as the weather was cold but then you have all this food and drink to keep you warm. Well worth the visit. The spectacular is on Hviezdoslavovo Square and Frantiskanske Square in the city centre old town part.. you cant miss it.
