Location: Well, it's quite far from the center - by foot however this not problem at all. Actually I originally planed arrive by bike but finelly I arrive by train. Our trip by bus was short and we need so much time to buy tickets because the clerks didn't speak English at all.
Cleanliness: The room was clear however I expected room service, cleaning the rest room and changeing the towels everyday. The towels were clear but old and frazzled. The door of the bathroom couldn't be shut.
Quality: The furnitures and the TV were right. The Hungarian channels made us surprised.
Breakfast: I missed the hot meals like sausages and fried eggs. The coffee was weak and terrible. (I hope this NOT the typical Slovakian coffee.) The place of breakfast closed exactly at 9 o'clock. Actually it is correct but in other hotel there's no time limit for breakfast.
Staff: The English of several colleagues was not perfect but I was happy because we could understand each other. Everybody helped us to solve smaller or bigger problems. The most of women - even cleaners - looked young and pretty.
